- Low water volume - Large water volume models require a large hot water tank and take a long time to fill and drain. Safety Bath offers walk in bathtubs that take no more water than a regular bathtub.

2. Are Safety Bath products CSA and UL certified for Canada and the US?
- Safety Bath Inc. has CSA (Canadian Standards Association) for Canada and the US and ANSI(American National Standards Institute)/UL(Underwriters Laboratories) approval on the bathtubs and on all the components of the bathtub.
- CSA marks mean a product has been tested and has met applicable standards for safety and/or performance. CSA International is accredited by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). CSA International tests to applicable U.S. standards.
3. What is the warranty?
- All Safety Bath products have a lifetime warranty on the door seal. The warranty on other features for individual products varies, please see the specifications for each product.
4. I am a US customer. What do I need to know about ordering a Safety Bath bathtub?
- Safety Bath Inc. has shipped bathtubs all over continental North America. We take care of all the border and shipping arrangements.
5. Where are Safety Bath products manufactured?
- Safety Bath Inc. is an independent manufacturing company located in Canada. All Safety Bath products are manufactured in Canada. Safety Bath Inc. is also the Canadian distributor for SanSpa products which are manufactured in China.

7. What financing options or grants might I be able to use to help with the cost if I live in Canada?in the US?

8. Do you offer any products that will make my existing bathtub accessible?
- Yes, Safety Bath now offers a Door Insert Kit and a Safety Seat /Transfer Bench which can be installed in your existing bathtub
to make it accessible. This product must be installed by a qualified installer. You cannot do it yourself.
9. How do I get my walk in bathtub installed?
- Safety Bath walk in bathtubs can be installed by a plumber, or handyman. Installation is not difficult. Many of our dealers are also installers.
